The Flagship Enterprise: Anderson, IN

The Problem: Serving as both an educational and technological incubator, The Flagship Enterprise then had a large traffic of individuals visiting and utilizing its facilities.  In retrospect, management then wanted to use a Green disinfectant to protect the many individuals from catching or spreading sicknesses, but do so spending less money and time disinfecting surfaces and more on maintaining the appearance and maintenance of the facility.

The Solution: Due to the specific requests of The Flagship Enterprise, MonoFoil Technology was able to provide 24/7 antimicrobial protection while being applied only once a month.

The Results: MonoFoil Technology allowed management to spend more amounts of time and resources maintaining the appearance and maintenance of the building rather than the sanitization process.  Furthermore, bacteria on the premises are now being defeated 24/7 to continuously reduce the spread of sicknesses and diseases.

Beech Grove Chamber of Commerce: Indianapolis, IN

The Problem: During the fall months of 2009, the Beech Grove City Hall Building and Annex experienced elevated levels of mold and mildew that directly contributed to smells and visual mold spores in the office.  As a result, health-related symptoms were reported by building occupants during 2009.

The Solution: All accessible interior surfaces (including carpeting, ceilings, walls, furnishings, mechanical and electrical chases) were treated with MonoFoil.  Previous attempts to remediate yielded an increase in mold spores throughout the building.

Results: There was a 765% overall reduction of microbes in areas previously treated with an inferior chemical.  No other remediation occurred before, during or after MonoFoil was applied.

Big Ten University Medical Building:

The Problem: In January of 2008 a major water pipe froze and ruptured at the roof level of the building.  All twelve floors of the completely furnished building were flooded with an estimated 500,000 gallons of water.  By day seven the facility was developing a distinct musty odor.  By week three there were fungal colonies and antimicrobial sampling retrieved >2800 colony forming units of fungus per cubic meter of air on most floors.

The Solution: Due to the sensitive use of the structure, a microbial contamination prevention plan using MonoFoil Technology was implemented.  This treatment was used as an on-site application to reduce microbial populations and continuously maintain them at very low levels.

Results: The facility is presently free of odor and has a new appearance unaffected by the extensive application of a surface antimicrobial.  Re-evaluation for airborne fungi and surface microbial contamination have continued yearly to show how levels have remained consistently below 7 colony forming units per cubic meter on all floors throughout the facility.
